This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. It applies to the original purchaser acquiring products directly from Startex or through an authorized Startex dealer. The warranty period begins on the date of shipment.
When a covered defect is identified, Startex will — at its discretion — repair, replace the affected part(s), or provide a comparable replacement product. Replacement of a part or product does not extend the original warranty period.
This warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient and cannot be assigned to subsequent owners.
This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:
Upholstery color or texture variations in natural materials and leathers are not considered defects.
Mirror warranties are void if:
LED products must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with the latest National Electrical Code. Operation under conditions of abnormally high humidity, under/over voltage, excessive switching cycles, dirty or cracked sockets, or improper grounding will void warranty coverage.
Items returned to Startex without prior authorization will be refused or destroyed, and no claims will be honored.
To initiate a warranty claim or request a return authorization, contact your authorized Startex dealer or reach Startex directly at sales@startexind.com or (630) 458-9150. A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims — please retain your receipt or invoice.
Once a return is authorized:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send products to Startex for warranty service. Startex covers return shipping once service is complete.
This warranty is the purchaser's sole remedy for product defects. Startex's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Startex is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
There are no warranties beyond those expressly stated here. All implied warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
